Twice each day:

1. Wash fungus afflicted nails thoroughly before each application.
2. Use what you need to completely coat each nail that has fungus.
3. Apply to coat nail fully.
4. Use soaking socks to keep area covered in treatment overnight.

1. Wash hands vigorously with a strong antibacterial soap, and dry thoroughly.
