It is not the intention of Kaiser-Ford to provide specific medical advice and diagnosis, but rather to provide users with information to better understand their health and their diagnosed disorders. This site is maintained by Kaiser-Ford and is protected by various provisions of the U.S. Legal Code.

For site security purposes, as well as to ensure that this service remains available to all users, we use software programs to monitor traffic and to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information or otherwise cause damage. In the event of authorized law enforcement investigations and pursuant to any required legal process, information from these sources may be used to help identify an individual.

Personal Information.
It is not the intention of Kaiser-Ford to resell, market or otherwise profit from personal information. We may use the information you provide, for our own business use such as product evaluation, notification of shipping information, new product marketing and order status. We maintain no financial records, or credit card numbers. We instead prefer to use third-party transaction processing for your protection and our own.

Customer Service
We provide customers with the same avenue to order as to communicate. If we sell a product via web only, we provide web only customer service support. If we offer a product through direct mail, 800 telephone, and web, we offer customer support through those same modes of communication. This keeps our product management costs to a minimum, and helps us better evaluate our marketing efforts. If you buy a product via 800 number, you can call the number provided for customer service on that product. If you buy our product via the web, we provide a customer service form that makes it easy to contact us.

Returns must recieve prior authorization via our return application form.
